Student Information

•All LINCE Spanish School teachers are professionals in teaching Spanish to foreigners, with specific training and years of experience. They will help you overcome all the difficulties you will encounter along your Spanish course in Bilbao in order to enjoy learning Spanish with all amenities.

Terms: LINCE Spanish School

- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Enrollment and payment:

A registration fee of 50 € is required. (except for those programs exempt from this fee). Check Prices.

To book a course, it is crucial to pay the registration fee in order to reserve a place. A new customer record will not be open until the proof of payment, as well as the registration form, are not received. You will receive your confirmation of your stay within a maximum of three days.
