Our student house at Woodside has been completely upgraded to provide modern accommodation in a quiet location. The house is situated 18 minutes’ walk from the school and 25 minutes’ walk to the city centre, or less than 10 minutes by bus or subway train. The area has lots of shops and restaurants and is situated midway between the City Centre and Glasgow’s West End. It is close to Kelvingrove Park, and North Woodside Swimming Pool. The house is on the ground floor, with two single bedrooms, large living area, kitchen and laundry facilities. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a small patio garden to enjoy the sun. The flat has been completely upgraded with new kitchen and bathrooms and every room has been redecorated. The accommodation is self-catering and students would be expected to keep the house clean. A deposit is payable at the time of booking. We help plan your accommodation and social programme, so that you can make the most of your stay with us here in Scotland. We are lucky enough to have a team of dedicated staff who care about your experience with us. That is why we value your feedback, and regularly ask for it.

Terms: Live Language

- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.

Refund Policy

- No refunds are given for cancellations whatsoever.


Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

Refund Policy

A good student insurance policy will refund the remaining fees if you have to go home early for a medical or other serious reason. We strongly advise all students to take out insurance.

Fees will not be refunded or credit will not be offered once the course has started, except:

– in the case of visa refusal. Live Language will refund the fees and deposit (less any bank charges) when the student informs us of the refusal before the course has started.
