The cooking classes themselves start by demonstrating some of the basics of Mexican cooking -- guacamole, fajitas, pico de gallo (tex-mex sauce), quesadillas, tacos dorados ,enchiladas, enfrijoladas, -- and then we move on to more specialised dishes such as chiles rellenos, mole, pozole etc.
All the ingredients are included in the course fee and students can also consume everything that's been produced once the class is over.
The cooking classes are 2 times a week per one hour and half, and normally is after the intensive Spanish.
