Teen English Course

- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 2 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 5 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- 1 week tuition
- If a course is cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- No refunds are given for Visa refusal whatsoever.


Other Terms

A minimum of two students is required to offer a standard course of 20 lessons per week. When there is only one student in the class, the student is given individual tuition and the total number of lessons is reduced by a third. There is no change to the cost of the course.

Students who book a self-catering apartment or Host Family must also book an arrival airport transfer to ensure safe arrival at the accommodation.
