One-to-One course

- 必须在全额支付服务 5天前课程启动以完成入学率和安全中的课程和/或住宿的地方。
- 学生必须是 16年岁或以上

取消政策

- 取消需要以书面形式向学校传达由预定路线的人。
- 将允许没有课程更改，弥补了在课程取消退款。
- 押金是不退还的。
- 入学费恕不退还。
- 注册费恕不退还。
- 住宿预订费恕不退还。
- 课程开始后，有任何取消，恕不退换。
- 那里一门课程开始后被预订任何住宿或其他项目，恕不退换。
- 没有学费是退款晚来港定居人士、 早期离开或缺勤，无论任何原因，从任何过程的类。
- 如果一个学生是不存在的一个或多个周的时间，可以安排课程的持续时间，在没有扩展为额外的成本。

退款政策

- 可达取消预订 2几周之前，没有罚款或费用课程开始。
- 取消费 € 50当课程被取消时，应用小于 2在开课日期之前的一周/s。
- 取消费 € 100当课程被取消时，应用小于 1在开课日期之前一周。

申请被拒签

- 万一签证被拒签的学生，学校将收取 50欧元和剩余的余额将会退还给收到拒绝信的原件签证的学生。

其他条款

Once the full payment of the course and accommodation is made, The school will refund the full payment made (except the deposits) if the cancellation is communicated to the school at least one week before the course starts.

The school is open all year round except on national and local holidays. The school is closed from Dec 22nd - Jan 11th. If a holiday falls on a Monday the course starts the next day. ​We recommend that the student check which holidays fall within the period of his/her stay
