- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 14 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 14 and 4 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 2 week tuition
- 2 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed between and days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- week tuition
- week accommodation

Other Terms

The Enrollment Fee and Accommodation Placement Fee are non-refundable.
All tuition and accommodation fees will be refunded if a Study Permit is denied, provided that the student gives notice within reasonable time, as per the Eurocentres Canada Study Permit Application Condition, and provides the school with written notification from Immigration Canada of this decision prior to the program commencement.
