- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 14 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 14 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 1 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 1 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 100 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

Cancellations will only be accepted if sent by e-mail to info@italianintuscany.it or in writing to our head office.
If the cancellation is communicated 2 weeks or more before the course begins, the fees are refunded (except €200 deposit).
If the cancellation is communicated less than 2 weeks before the course begins, 50% will be refunded (except €200 deposit).
If the student VISA is denied, all fees already paid will be refunded, except for €100 (administrative fees).
