Student Information

•Students are from all over the world such as Japan, Spain, France, Brazil, Russia, Korean and so on. We also have many activities during the term such as Disneyland, Universal Studio and Las Vegas/ Grand Canyon. We also have the Luau, Beach and Halloween party in the season. One of our best points is we also provide a variety of student housing. We offer not only Homestay but also Dormitory. Our next school break are: From March 25 to March 29 From June 24 to June 28 From September 23 to Sept.

Terms: Mentor Language Institute - Westwood Campus

- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- A cancellation fee of U$D $200 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 300 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

1. The registration fee($100) is not refundable after you make the booking.
2. You must cancel or postpone your accommodation request more than 2 weeks before your arrival.
3. All the students who request our housing must use airport pick up service for safety reasons.
4. The students who request our housing must arrive at the airport from 8:00am to 8:00pm(Monday - Friday)
