•NCG Liverpool is located at the heart of Liverpool city centre next to the iconic Albert Dock and Liverpool One shopping centre (Europe’s largest outdoor shopping complex). From the first day at the school, our team will be there to attend to every students needs and ensure that they take back great memories from studying at New College Group. New College Group aims to provide the ultimate student experience through being located in the best student locations and offering state of the art facilities and teaching methods to ensure that our students reach their goals!

Terms: New College Group - Liverpool

- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 5 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
