The New Zealand Certificate in English Language is designed to ensure students receive a high quality English education and are prepared to move on to further studies and work in New Zealand and other English speaking countries. The New Zealand Certificate of English Language (NZCEL) is the main English language qualification offered in New Zealand. It is offered at 6 levels from Level 1 (foundation) to Level 5. The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA), which is responsible for approving all qualifications offered by Institutes of Technology and private schools in New Zealand, requires that all schools accept NZCEL as proof of English ability for entry into certificate, diploma, and degree programs. - Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 5 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 1 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
