The ACE Combination 30 Course concentrates on most of the areas that you feel you need to achieve a greater fluency in the shortest period of time available to you. This course is suitable for those students who wish to study intensely while also getting a thorough insight into both the language and country. Students on the intensive course will also be taking the same lessons as described for the ACE General Course. The individual classes will further intensify the tuition and consolidate what you have learnt throughout your stay, through fluency practice. For those students who are studying English who work in, or are possibly planning a career in the business world, the afternoon lessons may be directly based on the student's specific requirements.

- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 3 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 15 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 15 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation
- If a course is cancelled less than 15 days and the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 100.00 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
