Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 14 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before course start:
- If a course is cancelled between 3 and 3 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 2 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed between and days before the start date the following charges will apply:
