This Academic Year Course is designed for students from Visa Waiver Countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Korea, Japan, Taiwan etc. These students are allowed to come to Ireland for 52 weeks (25 weeks of class + 27 weeks vacation). During the class period students can work 20 hours per week. During May, June , July and August, students can work 40 hours per week. During their stay, students will become more fluent in the English language our classes focus on the four main skills areas of reading, writing, listening and speaking. Students will need to take an exam at the end of their course as part of the visa conditions. The visa is obtained in Ireland. The visa costs 300euro. Students must lodge 3000euro to an Irish bank account but will have full access to these funds after a 1 month period. Students will also require medical insurance which can be bought from the school for 105euro. ICE school will help students to open their bank account and register with Immigration.

The Irish College of English International Junior English Summer Camp is one of Ireland's leading Junior English Programmes and runs in June, July & August. The Children will have lessons from 08.45 - 12.00, lunch + activities until 16.30pm. While the children are attending the junior summer camp the parents have the mornings free to explore the city and surrounding areas, perhaps taking in a round of golf or going shopping and will have lessons in the afternoon from 13.00 - 16.15pm. The family can then regroup and spend the long summer evenings together. Families will be placed in Portmarnock which is a short 7 minute bus journey to the school. Terms: Irish College of English - Malahide

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- No refunds are given for cancellations whatsoever.


Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 200 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

• There is no refund for a cancellation made within 21 days of the commencement of the course or if a student fails to complete the programme.
• Deposits are non refundable in all circumstances.
