Jaco Beach is the most popular surf beach town in Costa Rica. Located in the center of the Pacific coast, it is an hour away from Manuel Antonio Park to the south, and half an hour from Carara National Park to the north. Jaco's permanent population is only around 10,000, but because of the national and international tourism, there is a wide variety of services and amenities available, from rustic traditional hostels to very modern ones. There are also lots of exciting activities to try like surfing, fishing, golf, mountain biking, road biking and all kinds of nature tours abound in the area. There are about ten surf beaches within an hour drive and the nightlife is equally varied, ranging from typical Costa Rica bars to fancy Miami style clubs. •The school is in a newly renovated building with a 1000 sqm tropical garden. It has 4 indoor, bright and spacious classrooms, 3 bathrooms, a computer room with wifi, relaxing spots with hammocks and benches and a kitchen area. The school has a maximum number of 6 students per class and it´s located in a pleasant residential neighborhood. You will find a tropical envrinonment here, with typical vegetation and local flowers, a terrace (also used for classes) and a swimming pool, just 7 blocks from the beach. Restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, drugstores, bicycle shops and many other services are all nearby. All students have access to these services and facilities:

Terms: COINED Jaco Beach Spanish School

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- A cancellation fee of € 75 USD enrollment fee is not refunded and a fine of the 30% (thirty) of the total amount of the booking is charged applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa Refusal

- No refunds are given for Visa refusal whatsoever.

Other Terms

• All refunds have a 10% (ten) administrative surcharge of the total amount repaid and are done through the same method of payment used by the participant.
• Up to 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival or course initial date. The USD 75 (seventy five American dollars) enrollment fee and any other amount paid will be refunded.
• Between 2 (two) to 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival or course initial date. A USD 150 (a hundred and fifty American dollars) will be withheld.
