Booking and payment: a booking is accepted on written confirmation from English Outdoors. A deposit of USD 500 (New York), CAD 500 (Toronto) or GBP 500 (London) per person is payable at the time of booking; payment in full is due at least 28 days before the start date (immediately for bookings made within 28 days). Cancellations (in writing): programs, full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, after that the deposit is charged. Homestay: full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the start, after that an administration fee of 300 applies. After the program has started, tuition is refunded pro rata; accommodation and activities are not refunded. Refunds are calculated at the non-discounted rate.
