- Services must be paid in full 5 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 16 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 14 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

For cancellations due to visa rejections, a written notification and receipt of relevant supporting documentation must be presented at least 14 days before the arrival date listed on the booking confirmation form. Upon receipt of relevant supporting documentation, 100% will be refunded. A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 week of accommodation and tuition will apply if we receive written evidence of visa rejection less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.
